My wt was 215-220lbs in 2006. Dropped wt to 190lbs for the wedding and this is me in Sep 2006 (honeymoon picture). Then I increased back to 215lbs (26% body fat) before joining UDMMA in Jan 2007. Nov 2007
Weight dropped to 175lbs and 14% body fat after 11 months of training. March 2008
190lbs and 15% body fat. Kept the body fat off. Current wt=180lbs and 14% body fat. Wt and body fat are still dropping because of the training at UDMMA.
